Hear from representatives in the industry such as Gaming Manufacturers and Tabcorp on what’s new, what’s coming, and what you can do in your venue to maximise your entertainment offerings.

Chris Baggaley from Stoddart will provide invaluable hints and tips on making the most out of your kitchen and food operations, while also providing some non-negotiables around safety and hygiene. Chris will also be joined by Clubs SA Workplace Relations Manager, Rhys Braybrook, who will provide an easily understood overview on the new training obligations for venues around Food, Safety and Hygiene.

Join the wonderful Erica Richards, Premium Spirits Brands Ambassador for The Exchange, as she brings a live demonstration to our Trade Show stage on how to increase profits and interest in your bar by offering cocktails that are easy to make.

Darren Shaw from Entain Venues will provide you with a live demonstration of the incredibly popular ‘Quizzame’ entertainment option, perfectly suited to drive visitation to your venue. He will also provide an overview of a number of other profitable and easy to run entertainment options from Entain Venues.
FINDING AND MANAGING VOLUNTEERS IN YOUR CLUB
Finding and keeping great volunteers is one of the biggest challenges facing Clubs today! Craig Scott, 2021 South Australia Citizen of the Year and recently retired President of the Goodwood Saints Football Club, will provide invaluable and practical advice on the best way to recruit people to volunteer at your Club. Goodie Saints is well known for the high quality and number of volunteers at the Club and Graig will share his experience and knowledge to ensure that you can apply a similar approach at your Club. Cassandra Pearce will also provide a brief overview on your Clubs need to keep your volunteers safe and provide them insurance cover when undertaking duties.

It is one thing to have Members, but how do you keep them? And if they leave how do you get them back? With COVID-19 now in the rear vision mirror, Deb Reynolds from Jigsaw Marketing Solutions will provide some great tactics to recruit, retain and re-engage Members for your Club.
